Ten steps from husk to harvest.
A controlled, repeatable process designed for export consistency. Every stage is documented, tested, and traceable.
Raw Material Collection
Premium coconut husks are sourced from selected coconut-growing regions. Every batch is inspected to ensure quality and consistency before entering production.

Defibering & Pre-Processing
Coconut husks undergo mechanical processing to separate coir fiber from coco peat. Raw material is stored and conditioned for further processing.
Screening & Destoning
Advanced screening systems remove stones, sand, fibers, and unwanted particles — ensuring a clean, uniform substrate.
Sieving & Grading
Coco peat is graded by particle size and customer requirements for uniform texture and consistent performance.
Washing (Optional)
For Low EC products, coco peat is washed using clean water to reduce salts and electrical conductivity. Multiple cycles available.
Drying
Washed material is naturally dried under controlled conditions to achieve the required moisture content and maintain quality.
Mixing (Optional)
Coco peat may be blended with coco chips, coir fiber, or husk chips — creating customized growing media for different crops.
Compression
Prepared substrate is compressed using hydraulic presses into standardized blocks, briquettes, grow bags, or custom forms.
Quality Control
Each batch undergoes strict testing for EC, pH, moisture, expansion, compression, and foreign matter. Only approved batches proceed.
Packing & Shipping
Products are packed to customer specifications and export requirements. Palletized cargo is loaded into containers and shipped worldwide.
